Isabel Ho

Senior Associate

Isabel is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

She graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the Yong Pung How School of Law, Singapore Management University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, a Master of Education (TESOL International) degree, and a Master of Arts (Contemporary China) degree.

Isabel focuses on dispute resolution and believes that everyone deserves effective representation.

Some of Isabel’s notable experiences include:

  1. Acting for a mother in resisting an application for recission of an Interim Judgment (Divorce) in the General Division of the High Court (VTF v VTG [2021] SGHCF 24);
  2. Acting for a shareholder in seeking leave in the General Division of the High Court to appeal a decision concerning a shareholder dispute (Tey Leng Yan v Mai Xun Yao [2023] SGHC 194);
  3. Acting for a director of a construction company who was charged under section 53(j) of the Workplace Safety and Health Act 2006 (PP v Ko Woei Hin); and
  4. Acting for a father in the General Division of the High Court and the Appellate Division of the High Court to vary orders on access (DDO v DDN [2023] SGHCF 44 and DDN v DDO [2024] SGHC(A) 2).

Isabel has volunteered in the On-Site Legal Advice Scheme at the State Courts, and the Law Society Pro Bono Services Office & Community Legal Clinics. She was also a University Court Friend – Crime Court Facilitator.

During her time in law school, Isabel participated in Advocate Maximus, an Arbitration-Mediation Competition in New Delhi, India, and was a winner for Best Creative Plan.

Isabel has conducted research and produced papers in relation to the World Trade Organization (WTO) Customs Moratorium and the Concept of Likeness in the General Agreement on Trade and Services (GATS) for the Ministry of Trade and Industry’s International Trade Cluster.

Outside of work, Isabel enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family and friends.

Isabel is fluent in English and Mandarin.
